This organic génépi is harvested by hand in the Alps when mature in the summer. It is then used naturally: maceration and distillation to bring out its intense flavour. In a 5 L Bag-in-Box format, our organic Génépi des Alpes is optimally preserved, allowing long-term storage with no drop in quality.
