“Bramble”: 2 cl of blackberry liqueur, 4 cl of Cigale gin, 2 cl of lemon juice, 1 cl of cane sugar syrup, crushed ice.
Tasting
Blackberry liqueur can be used to create a kir cocktail with one measure of liqueur to four measures of white wine, sparkling wine or Champagne.
