Time passes differently in the mountain pastures of Haute Provence, at the heart of the Ubaye Valley. We live at the pace of nature and the seasons. We marvel at the shimmering colours of its Alpine landscapes. Larch sways from a soft green to a more intense green, before finishing in a blaze in autumn. This larch liqueur is crafted in Barcelonnette using traditional techniques.
