Description

Génépi is a plant which grows at an altitude exceeding 1500 metres. Our Génépi des Alpes is harvested by hand at the peak of flowering, during the height of summer. Grand Rubren has always developed this liqueur using two ancestral processes: maceration and distillation. This slow and natural technique is used to capture the power of this Génépi des Alpes.
